I absolutely love what I do – I love the fact that my blog is my very own space for ranting or smiling – it’s up to me – I actually have control over something ! I equally enjoy squidooing, there is a great community over at squidoo. There is a help deck and forum and you make new friends over there. They give you all sorts of tools to get the most out of your lenses (the name for the free web pages). You get paid your commissions on your affiliate earnings every month – I know I am going on a bit now, but honestly it really is great. Take a look, make a lens and tell me what you think – join the lensmasters lounge and talk to fellow squidooers and if you have any questions just contact me – click on the contact me page at the right hand top corner of here.

You can link up your blog, website, twitter or facebook with squidoo so they all interlink, creating backlinks, one of the best ways to get you higher up with google.

I know it can all seem a bit daunting at first but once you have written your first article and see the benefits, you will be hooked. I know I am, but, I can remember before I started to submit articles online how I had all doubts, such as ‘how do you write an article? where do you get your content? will anyone actually want to read what I write? To answer these questions, writing an article is easy, you are already a writer if you blog. With articles it’s just more targeted to your particular niche or interests. You get your content from the good old web. Google what you are looking for and there you have it – your information. You must however not copy what others have written, you can take the information and put it into your own words, but not just copy word for word. Yes, people will read your articles.

The next thing to consider is to make sure that you write articles with a good site. I have found Ezine Articles the best on the web. Google loves them which is great for you – you get higher ranking. They have lots of fabulous widgets, such as this that you can put on your blog or squidoo to link back to your articles.

Remember it’s all the linking that will get you better success as an online marketer. So if you are not already doing it start to submit articles online, then call back here and tell me about your success. Happy writing!

Dreamstime is my favourite so far. They will give you 50 free images before you start purchasing them. So if you just wanted to use the free images then thats ok. They have a good selection of free images online for you to use and it’s really easy to navigate yourself around the site. You don’t have to contribute to the site to use their free service. Another one that I have for you today is All Posters. Here you just need to join their affiliate program (free to join) and that will give you access to all the poster images that they have. You will need to refer back to All Posters, but it will link back to your affiliate program so when someone purchases a poster from the site you will get commission too. I have also started to get a lot of my own images now. Whenever I go out I always have my phone which has a built in camera and video options and take pictures of all sorts of things from road signs to birds to pineapples! (Yes, I have used all of these images). You will be amazed with what photo opportunities come your way when you look around. Amazon has many video / camera mobile phones available.

I had a Keyword Marketing Tool reccommended to me by Freagle called the Micro Niche Finder which has proved to be a great asset. Its really easy to use, you select your keyword and then click the button – a green light means (go, go, go – low competition), amber (go steady, or maybe find an alternative) and the red light – yes you guessed it, leave well alone. If you do get an amber light it has a function that will let you narrow down your search and give you some alternatives. It will even find affiliate programs for you linked to your keywords! For me Micro Niche Finder has been a great Keyword Marketing Tool and made choosing the right keywords an easy lesson for me. It is a tool I use at least every other day.

MICRO NICHE FINDER

Squidoo is all about creating ‘lens’ which are free webpages – thats right its all free. They have all different modules for you to add to your lens. You can add your twitter profile on there, sell amazon and ebay and get a commission and even links and rss’s your blog or sites! 3 months on I have created 20 lens and am having a ball!

When learning how to squidoo its a case of joining the ‘lensmaster lounge’ and asking any questions you have on there. Fellow squidooer’s will always answer. By joining the ‘lensmaster lounge’ and putting in links to one of my lens and asking for fellow squidooer’s opinion on what I can do to improve my lens I got lots of ideas, comments and ratings on my lens’s. It is important to not just take, take, take though – you have to give back and offer your opinions on other len’s.

Some tips I have for you when learning how to squidoo are, do not go to salesy, be honest and open, visit the lensmaster lounge often, if people rate your lens check out their lens and if its deserving leave a comment or rating and most of all HAVE FUN!

I found a few things that could help answer my question, why does my computer run slow ? The first was to get rid of most of my shortcuts on my wallpaper. The second was to put any photos I wanted onto a disk and delete the rest, also deleting them from the recycle bin. I also cleared from my computer any unwanted videos or files. I un-installed any programs that I no longer used.

The next thing that I did was to find ‘disk defragmenter’ on my computer and run this. This does exactly what you would expect from the name – it degragments your system, speeding it up. I had originally set this to run once a week but I dont think that this had been happening because when I ran it, I left it running overnight and it was still running in the morning. I found this by clicking start, accessories and system tools.

After this I did a ‘disk clean-up’. This again is located in start, accessories and system tools. This tool will inform you of how you can make some space, by clearing your temporary files, etc.

I was on a roll, so again I googled, ‘why does my computer run slow ?’ and I came up with registry cleaning. So, the next thing I did was to find a good registry cleaner. Now this was a bit of a gamble because I had also read stories on the web that people had run the registry cleaners and it had resulted in files being deleted that are actually needed to run their computers. So be sure to get a good one. The one I used is below (click on the picture to find out more). Registry Cleaners find out of date, redundant data and deletes them.
